Turn any course into levels you can finish.Lec 1 · p. 13

Coursepill cuts your course into a map of short lessons, each with quick checks, real diagrams from your own slides, and XP when you finish. Bring your material: drop in a folder of slides and readings. Every point shows the page it came from.

Picture of the app: a course map of five levels, the first two finished, with the third, Kirchhoff's laws, ready to start. Beside it, a drawn circuit of a 12 volt source with two resistors in series, and a tutor answer citing lecture pages.

How it works

Your course, as a map you can finish

Any course, any school. You don't need Canvas.

  1. 1

    Bring your material

Upload your slides, readings or notes, a whole folder at once. Coursepill works with any course at any school, and it never logs in to your school's systems.

  2. 2

    Get a course map

Your material is cut into levels: short lessons with quick checks, real diagrams from your slides, and a short test at the end. Nothing is locked, so start anywhere.

  3. 3

    Play through it

Finish a level to earn XP. Ask the tutor when you're stuck, then build a practice test or flashcards when an exam gets close.

Features

Everything a course needs, in one place

  • A course map, not a schedule

Short levels in order, with where you left off. Earn XP as you finish them. Nothing is locked and there is no calendar: go at your own pace.

  • Lessons in your style

Plain language, step by step, analogies or short and direct. Checks between the explanations, and drawn diagrams (circuits, flowcharts) when a concept has structure.

  • Ask, with sources

A tutor that knows your course. It cites the lecture and page, and tells you when something isn't in your material instead of guessing.

  • Practice tests and flashcards

Pick the weeks an exam covers and get a timed practice test, question sets or flashcards, all written from your own lectures.

  • Deadlines in one place

Paste your course calendar link and due dates show up next to your levels. Optional: the map works without it.

  • Built for how you read

An easier-reading font, read-aloud, shorter chunks, reduced motion and dark mode. Set it once and every lesson follows it.

Answers you can check

Every point comes with its page

General AI tools answer from the whole internet. Coursepill answers from your course, and every summary, lesson, question and answer links to the slide it came from, so you can check it in one click.

  • Current is the rate charge moves past a point, measured in amperes.Lec 1 · p. 13
  • Resistors in series carry the same current; their resistances add.Reading 2 · p. 3
  • At any node, the currents flowing in equal the currents flowing out.Lec 4 · p. 11

When your material doesn't cover something, it says so before answering from general knowledge, so you always know which is which.

Quiz questions come from your lectures too. Get one wrong and the explanation points you to the exact page to re-read.

FAQ

Questions

Does it work with my school?

Probably. Upload your slides and readings from any course at any school, or paste text. It works the same whether your school uses Canvas, Brightspace, Moodle or nothing at all.

Do I have to connect my school account?

No. Coursepill never logs in to Canvas or any other school system. You download your course files and upload them, and that's all it sees.

What happens to my professors' slides?

Your course material is used only to build your own study tools, and only you can see what it makes. It isn't shared with other students or used to train AI models, and we'll delete it whenever you ask.

How do I know it's right?

Every summary point, lesson, practice question and answer is tied to the page it came from, so you can check it against the slide in one click. When your material doesn't cover something, it tells you.

Is it free?

Yes. It's free during the beta. Daily limits apply to keep it fast for everyone, and we'll tell you before anything changes.

When can I start?

Coursepill is invite-only for now. Request an invite and we'll email you when there's room. Already have one? Sign up from the link under the form.
